Wage grades just got an 18% increase, I went from a wg11 to gs11 and now the wg11 is making almost the same as I am. In my state at least, once this new across the board 5.2% increase happens (some is locality), the 2210's will move to the regular locality pay. No incentive now for people to move to tech or stay in on the government side
