The M340i is X-Drive and the engine is a B58, the parts list for that would be a good starting point I guess, though it'd still be very complex and very costly. F20 M135i LCi, auto, adaptive suspension, adaptive LED h/l + HB assist, h/seats, c/pack, elec folding mirrors etc.Install is around 1-2k so 6k or so which is the cost of you swapping an entire different motor into the car without the headaches. Ghassen makes them as crate motors well as miami engines in Florida. FWIW my 2013 328i xdrive blew the motor and the replacement motor is a 2018. It's essentially the 330 motor.
