B/B was random. Khan Academy saved P/S for him. So far the AAMC has put out five full length practice tests: one unscored test and four scored tests. The unscored test (called the Sample Test) gives you percentage scores for each section but not your scaled scores (118-132 and 472-528). The unscored/Sample Test is much less useful because it’s not as representative of the real test.So Biochem depth is UWorld>AAMC>KA. If you cover UWorld, I think you'll be good for biochem content. However, for style of questions, AAMC content is much more representative. UWorld tests a lot of content directly. qpack 1 first several passages are hard af. First half of qpack 1 is notoriously difficult. Hard to compare the two, but obviously AAMC is more representative. And I didn't do the best in cars myself. So I just started studying CARS and I am using both UWorld and the AAMC CARS QPacks. So far, I feel like the AAMC Qpack1 is wayyyy harder than….
To me, the QPacks were not very useful other than to identify obvious content gaps. The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up. UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127. Keep in mind I've also done all of TPR 2016, EK101, and NS108.Apr 3, 2020. #9.
