You will need to provide the fuel pump relay with another source of switched power, as the Jeep ECM is not providing one now. A wire from a hot wire will work fine to switch the relay over. ALL 4.0 engines use the same belt. If the vehicle was an "AC delete", an idler pulley was put in place of the compressor. And-----there is NO WAY to "reroute" a shorter belt to bypass the need for the idler pulley. Just my 2 cents, When I first got my jeep on 05, I primed the entire frame with Rustoleum primer and Rustoluem professional paint. Came out really good, and still holding up today.
