The m4 stock won't allow you to get any sort of cheek weld if you scope it and you'll have to use the heads up way, which I personally don't like but maybe you do. The PRS stock allows me to get enought height for cheek weld and enough length of pull for proper scope eye relief. The downside is the PRS is heavy.
