You couldn't tell, it seemed like it was shut normal. After it’s sat overnight, I get the 6 green light code on the SEVCON. One thing is you don't put a 20 amp fuse in a 10amp spot because a fuse is a circuit Protector and puting a 20 in a 10 would damage whatever is on that circuit. The one in the center of the fuseholder. Polaris chose to use the little bitty ATM type fuse for this application, which carries the full charging current. If it is hard shifting with engine off, it's most likely not in the clutch. Disconnect the shift cable at the transmission, this will allow you to work the shifter to see if it's something in the cable as well as work the arm on the transmission by hand to see if it is rough/hard to operate. I checked the ac volts from the stator and in a nutshell at 1000rpm 19.6v, 3000rpm 45v and 5000rpm 74v. So it now points to the regulator.
