Prius red triangle no codes.

Hey everyone. I own a 2007 Gen 2 Prius and lately it started showing the red triangle warning light. But it happen intermittently, randomly but almost in every drive longer than 10 minutes. It just pops up for a second and then gone. Tl:Dr: prius sat for 2 weeks, did not start and had red triangle, also water pool up in the aux battery compartment, drained water and jump started battery but car ran rough and did not gain speed.
