Literally Just remove recruits as an option for both the player and for lords armies.. I mean honestly, this avoids the issue we had before with 90% recruit armies, and now also fixes the god tier death stacks roaming around as lords should only be able to pull troops from their garrison's if they have them available, or from villages and towns they have decent … Mameluke tier has some great skirmishers. Master archers are decent. Palace guards are hard to train but they are versatile. Not the best troop tree but nice and reliable backups. Javelins are very good in Bannerlord and most of your infantry get them. They melt opposition as long as they don't have a shield.
