So put the rear 02 sensors in the ones that have been drilled out and put the drilled out ones into the non drilled out ones and then place them stacked in the pipe fitting. Just one, and the front pipe won't make a difference as there is no oxygen sensor after the headers. Running without either cat is a really, really bad idea though. You'll have a constant raw gas smell from the exhaust and it is highly illegal.
