I did get the exotic glaive on my warlock first. The initial Glaive quest is account wide. Once it's complete you can craft one of the three exotic glaives. The other two patterns are added to the Wellspring loot pool. Character being played doesn't seem to matter.

It took me around 30-40 runs of wellspring before I acquired the two additional glaive patterns. You can acquire patterns for different classes other than what you're using. I acquired my Warlock and Titan glaive patterns while playing my hunter. The drop rates are super low, and aren't character dependant - you can get all 3 on one class. The drop chance is far too low for what the glaives actually provide as well. I’d love to see the numbers for what percentage of players actually have all 3, I bet it’s super low.

First drop was the Hunter Glaive schematic (around 85 clears) Second drop was the Titan one (around 100 clears). A waste of time if you ask me. There is some good perks in those glaves but nothing big enough to use them over ofher exotics or in specific endgames. It took me to this season to get the last of 3 to drop.

I personally can't, I've tried finishing the campaign, all the Witch Queen side quests, completing multiple runs of the Wellspring on Master difficulty, and I can't interact with the Evidence Board in the Enclave, nothing appears in the quest terminal in the H.E.L.M. and the Tower, so no Exotic Glaive for me on 2/3 characters.
