I use fins ai tweaks and limited spawns to 25 ai max that seemed to help a lot. Also played around with the advanced config to spread spawns out more evenly. Never tried dlss in sp tarkov but I tried it on live and it just looks absolutely horrendous so I don’t bother with it. Don't download too many to avoid conflicts, however if there will be conflicts the server console will tell you immediately, so no big deal, at worst one mod will override another one's variable if you miss something in the configs.
