Yes, 144kRF/t with a simple 5x5x5 LEU235 reactor with cheap, automatic quartz cooling. Let's start with the Reactor: Simple (I can't stress this enoug :P) 5x5x5 reactor with 45 44 (wrong number!) reactor cells, 30 moderator blocks and 20 active cooler. With the setup I found I can leave this beast running at full power and still have -1260H/t.
