Hello, this is my JM stamped Glenfield 30A which is basically a Marlin 336 but with a cheaper stock and its in great condition. By my research it was made in 1973 based on the serial number. I shot this 100 yard group yesterday with my older Glenfield model 30GT. I'm sighted approximately 2.5 inches higher than point of aim. This is my zero for all deer hunting east and west. This Glenfield was built by Marlin with a couple economy features to sell at a lower price than Marlin 336 but accuracy is still quite good.
