Repeater is one of your highest damaging skills that bleeds and poisons so it is the highest priority skill to land. Makes for fun gameplay, but some bounty anomaly can be a pain in the kitten. Deatheye Celestial Something like this should help kill you almost everything. You camp Pistol and Dagger for solo targets. Staff Daredevil with Signet of Malice is still one of the best builds for Open World. Deadeye is probably much better for soloing bosses than Specter. When you land 20k hits, IP heals you for 1200hp. Use stealth to manipulate agro, Death's Retreat to get away from mobs. 13.Condition Thief is more straight forward. Trickery and Deadly Arts are our mainstays. Condition Daredevil build from Snow Crows. Swap the Heal skill to signet and take Impairing Daggers instead of Spider Venom. Dual pistol thief was lagging a bit, but dual pistol deadeye with the buff should be at least decent after the buff.
