As I stated above, the Air Force has had 8 years to talent manage myself, and has been zero attempts to move me to a role that does actual cyber. I do recognize I am not special and have zero intent to change the way USAF does recruitment/ talent-management for cyber, it's not my Air Force nor my career field so it’s not my problem .
