The good thing about Mandarake is they descriptively specify the apparent flaws of the item such as yellowed packaging, missing parts, paint smudges, non-working electronic gimmicks, etc either on the item name or the description section.
Other good pre-owned sites are Mandarake. I'd say the two down sides to Ami Ami are that their shipping can be a bit high-priced and their point reward system is usually only 1% back in points. Other sites give more, but then again their prices are much higher so the points are worth less effectively.
Since the figure was of A quality; I wasn't to worried about using AmiAmi's pre-owned section. The B quality of box was seriously like some high standard quality control. I've recieved a B/B from Amiami few weeks ago. Didn't look like it had any damages. 2/ A or B rank = perfect condition. A rank = never opened. B rank = opened.
