The last one said that Direct is aware of this issue with some accounts. He said increasing the spending limits would probably not work. It is a communication issue between my set and Direct. Changing equipment would not fix issue. In the meantime, I use my Roku to buy same movies. So, Direct is losing money until they resolve issue.
