I originally booked a horrible hotel room and needed to cancel the second day reservation (there were bugs and it was clearly unclean). The hotel was unwilling to do this, but Ruben made things right and got me a refund. Not needing to go through a cc chargeback was nice. Date of experience: March 03, 2022. Useful.
