I have made pre Randomized .xdelta, you can find it in the inclement emerald discord in the hacks ie discussion channel in the pinned comment. Inclement emerald has a version with a randomizer too, I released that too, see my Reddit post history. This is a randomizer program, so you can customise the rules of randomisation.
I'm trying to make a randomized version of this game for me to play with these specifications. - forced doucle battles - x 1.2 trainer levels - randomized wild pokemon and starters - randomized items (not stuff like potions and poke balls in shops though) My main issue is with the forced double battle section in the trainer section of Pknx.So I finally got off my butt and finished the last few touches on my new version of Emerald Randomizer.
