You’re not going to get full usage of the A1 with a universal remote as it’s a proprietary device that uses Bluetooth. However! The box does use IR as well. So universal remotes should work for channel, guide etc... just unpaid the A1 remote to disable the Bluetooth on the both. Just a follow up question on this thread.
