We have 9 3020-4020 tractors and they all act as you describe.We just live with it because after 1 minute all the hyd. work fine,part of farming with 40-50 year old tractors.I don't start in the mornings like I did 25 years ago either.LOL. Without a turbo a 4020 will usually smoke very heavy once you push it to around 110 hp. With the turbo the 4320 can push up near 150 with very little difficulty.
