I think mine is ok, but I had a chemical/mc last cycle and I just want blazing lines 😭. I haven't personally used the pregmate ones but I haven't heard good things about their line progression and looking at pictures from others it certainly looks like slow progress on these tests I relate to your worries about the doctor. It think you are seeing progression then! to compare you are supposed to look at tests 2 days apart and you want it to be darker then. so looking at top 2 vs today there is a definite difference. maybe take tomorrow off and test Tuesday morning to see if you have further progression.
