Called MOHELA yesterday because both my ECF forms have been marked as "processed," but no movement on my count tracker. The rep confirmed the forms were there and processed, but that I would likely not see anything change about my counts until mid- to late October. I have been a MOHELA customer since 11/21, so there was no loan transfer involved.
I've been working for a non-profit full-time since September 2020. I logged on to MOHELA after my loans were transferred to them, and according to the PSLF tracker I only have 11 eligible payments. I reached out to MOHELA with my concern, and received a pasted response saying it takes time to update the count.
