Ok, first locate the diff on the rear axle. Now looking at the rear diff from the right hand side. There should be 3 bolts holding a rear gear case cover on, remove those first to access the lower part of the diff. Apr 22, 2014 · As for starting, try using the recoil starter with the decompression lever and see how the atv starts. Per Suzuki, the u-joints are deemed none serviceable. Meaning if their worn or go bad/break. The correct fix is to replace each axle. I had mine done several years ago.
