Why is madden taking out my starters.
Original Post. My starters are not starting in the beginning of the game, and they are not hurt or tired. When I went to the depth chart, it is correct and when I try choose a play based on that player the plays are empty. I can't sub them and it's frustrating. I am playing with 3rd stringers the whole game. Help me.
Created players not saving. Glitch/Bug. Every time I try to make a player and save it, it disappears when I check the roster. I've made the same player 4 times at this point and it hasn't saved. I've tried making a different player and it still hasn't saved. Need some help understanding what's going on. I'm in Franchise mode, with the Pats, which I've relocated to London. After acquiring some monsters on the DL: Parsons, Young, J. Carter and J. Davis, the game keeps bringing in their reserves. I know about instant starter and I always play with it turned off. Any suggestions?That may be the issue. If this is online, trades need to be made before either user does any game planning or gameplay each week, players can't be traded if they have already gained xp for that week. Press the Xbox "X" button on your controller > Select My Games and Apps. Under Games, scroll to your game and press Start. Select Manage Game and add ons > Select Madden 23 (will show version) on the right (top choice of the three) Then Manage Installation on Xbox one > Should show additional downloads and files if needed.

On the second play the starters are all benched and the backups are in. Crazy part is the depth chart is fine. So I’m assuming it’s fatigue related? I already tried turning off progressive fatigue.
