Had flashing D, had a heck of a time finding how to display codes by blinking the dash lights. Turns out all you have to do is locate the DTC connector by your right knee under bottom of dash, it points downward. Make sure key is out of ignition, Lay on your back, insert wire between pin 4 and pin 9.

Looks like my scanner can't pull Transmission codes.Blinking D Light : ( - 07 v6 63k. Well, just when I thought the week could not get any worse, it did. On the way out from home on the highway the D light started blinking. The car shifts perfectly and does not slip. Needless to say I pulled over rather quickly, let the car sit off for a few minutes, and then turned around for home.The Drive D light is blinking on your Honda vehicle because you have a faulty transmission. I have just over 900 miles on my '07, and I am getting the flashing shift indicator as well at the 'check engine' light. I just picked the car up last week, brand new off the dealer's lot, with just 8 miles on the odometer.
