Tribe imprinting just means that tribe members can imprint a baby for whoever first claimed it instead of that person alone being able to do it. Hi guys, so im wanting to know how the whole imprinting and passing on stats to babies work. ill give u my scenario: I had 2x 150 perfect tames similar stats after bonus lvls.. i breed them, they are twins (same stats) and the stats match that of the parents stats after bonus lvls... i imprint wi...OverrideOfficialDifficulty=6.0. The only changes they've done to breeding is accelerating imprinting, maturation, incubation and mating.This does not make imprinted dinos become better. Those 2 do. The imprinting-bonus is not inherited to the offspring Utilizing Cloning Chamber will not give the imprinting bonus to the cloned dino even if the dino being cloned has imprinting bonus. Not caring for the baby just gives you a creature like before the imprinting-system was introduced. There is no penalty for not caring.

So if you increase maturation timer to 50, then you have about 10 seconds to imprint for 100%. But you best be quick. And if you lower the maturation multiplier to like 10, then each imprint is only like 9-11% and there's no way to get 100%. If anyone knows good setting for 100% imprint and 1-2 cuddles before the dino matures, please let.me know.

The default is 8 hours with a setting of 1. Since your setting is at .5, your timer is 4 hours. The amount of imprints you can fit into the maturation window dictates he percentage. Or you're ridding a 100% imprinted dino but not by you, so you wont get the buff. I would assume that if the hatchling were imprinted to a rider, it would get whatever bonus was given. A 20% speed boost would put you leaps and bounds ahead of people who don't have the opportunity to imprint (let alone breed), and you can forget about wild dinos.
