Checkering on the back and front feels nice, not very aggressive, but gives you decent grip. Beaver tail looks obnoxious but in hand feels great. You can’t help but get a nice high grip with this. Has metal threaded insert at base of the grip for adding a larger flared magwell, grip might feel short to some folks.
