TLDR: Memento has long term and short term buffs that Ninjabike can do in some ways but not all. The long term and short term buffs the Memento Backpack gives you are so powerful players can get a ton of utility in DPS builds, tank builds, armor regen builds, run and gun builds, even hybrid skill/DPS builds.
