After about 6-7 restarts and 2 (Hard/POTD) finishes all with rogue as hero, here are the builds I have found to work really well. Before I go off on explaining the builds, I have to go into how rogue mechanics work and party compositions to make them succeed. Rogues start off with the worst starting stats of almost all the classes. The game is balanced for PotD in my opinion. The way the game is designed, builds that are viable in normal will fall off in potd, there's just not much you can do about it. If your build sucks there's not much you can do to make an out play.
