Charge r2s whenever possible, stagger, rinse repeat. Dont forget about the handle fable art, use it to power up your charged r2s.Ludwigs Holy Blade is the only Weapon in the game with a B Scaling in Strength and Skill. Its attached to one of the hanging bodies that must be cut down at the top entrance to the sewers.I think if your looking to main that weapon I'd go for something like 50/20/25/50/6/7. For the HMS I'd recommend a build that is higher leveled. I'd probably go up to 150 even and have 50 strength, 25 skill, and 50 arcane. That allows you to use it in both forms and makes decent use of the damaging arcane tools.

The Logarius Wheel is actually a nice Arcane weapon, all though it requires 20 Strength investment. The Arcane modifiers occurs in its transformed state. The transformed state is great in PvP for its hyper-armor. Ludwig's offer the best Arcane scaling, however it too requires a stat investment with 16 Str and 12 Skill.
