Do you want to play BOTW at 60fps like you are now, or 120fps with shaders and no visual glitches as well as just overall stability. Heck, there's even way more BOTW mods for Cemu than Yuzu. Most of Cemu's developments came from mainly optimizing BOTW, so you should use Cemu to play BOTW.
The 60fps mod for botw has the same cutscene and slowdown issues and that’s been around for a while, so I wouldn’t count on it getting fixed any time soon. This speed issues in shrines and cutscenes have been fixed a while ago.
