Apr 29, 2015. #1. My rear AC blower has been sporadically working lately, but as of yesterday won't turn off at all, even with the motor off and key removed. Today I disconnected both the front seat (near the shifter) and first rear seat controls for the rear AC. It didn't change anything.The rear air is not working on my 2018 Chevy Traverse. Took it apart yesterday and replaced the blower motor, still not working. Then I tested the new and old blower motor off the battery and they both work.
