As for Tagged and Cursed for normal SCAV's (NOT Boss's or Raiders): First, understand SCAV's spawn in "pods" of 3 SCAV's at a time (sometimes less), typically about 10-15 seconds apart. There's a few spawn locations for pods on each map. Each pod has certain pathing points to allow the SCAV to roam between.Go to the coffee shop in front of goshan or the little sandbag barricade right next to it. Doesn't matter what gear you have, I've always become tagged and cursed standing there. Completed the quest in 2 raids because scavs would spawn faster than I could re-pack mags.

The P90 is 100% a closed bolt for ensured accuracy. Open bolts really aren't needed unless cook offs are a factor with high chamber pressure/heat. The P90 caliber is small enough that that's really not an issue lol. P90's did overall preform better in various NATO tests of penetration in certain materials.
