You are logged in to a Dasher App. Your Dash is not paused. Head towards a hotspot. Try to Dash during peak times such as lunch or dinner rushes. Schedule your DashAdvice. I went into my settings>apps>Dasher direct>storage>clear cache. I uninstalled the app. I restarted my phone. I re-downloaded the app & signed back in. The app & my card seem to be ok now.
