Fixed it, Go into computer sound settings and change default audio device. Im using Arctis 7 Steelseries headset and it was set to Chat instead of Game. Once i changed that everything went back to normal, no audio distortions and im in dx11. For me I only get lag/audio stuttering when I'm in EW raids and dungeons.
