It's holding a stable 30fps 95% of the time for me now. I actually swapped to 60 locked just to see if it would hold even higher... and it's holding 35-40 which is kinda blowing my mind. Try force closing steam from the task bar on the bottom of your steam deck. The update your roms with the rom manager, re open steam and it should be good. But note that some steam deck controller support won’t work properly while steam is closed. You can’t use the trackpad to click, you have to use the right trigger.
