Dr Marsh is still the PD, and does have equal weighting in interviews/selection as the other attendings who are involved. Dr Marsh does a ton of research, and administrative work. Dr Rusin is also very involved in selection. I'd say they prolly have about equal voices, but I don't know this for a fact.

(Not to take away from the fact that EM is a specialty in emergency medicine.)3. Residency can be hard, but it's not as bad as OMFS. Most dental anesthesia programs don't take as much call as the other medical residents or their OMFS counterparts.
