I have been on my family's AT&T wireless plan for a while, and recently switched over to Verizon to get my own 1 line plan. I kept my same phone number. My new phone came and is working with Verizon, I can receive calls and texts. However, my old phone still has service with AT&T and is receiving some texts and calls that my Verizon phone is not.I can make and receive calls on it as well as texts. Most texts and calls actually go to my Verizon line. Only texts and calls that go to my ATT line are those from ATT customers.
