Identifying active team members. I am a Team Leader and have been keeping an eye on my team members, as per their request, so that we can kick members who are not playing much. I haven't set up a minimum to join as I want to have a wide variety of players rather than a points farm with no fun! Most of our team members support this approach.

Summary. Most of the portraits can be gotten in the binoculars/portrait game, but getting all of them takes an exponentially long time playing. If you only play a bit at an average rate of play, don't fret if you only get half of them. Unless the game developers change the algorithm, completing this game is out of reach for most players.
