All mail is supposed to go & whatever oversized &/or Regular pkgs can't fit in the mail run is supposed to go as the 2nd trip. No way you're getting proper credit doing your route in split-runs. 2nd trips are only 2 minutes per mile + loading time. Just a parcel-only run barely squeaks by in that2 minutes per mile… if your lucky.

Or atleast the number of boxes you are delivering to. With RRECs, say an apartment complex opens the day after the mini mail count ended. You deliver for the next 6 months with no pay increase, and then on the next mini mail count you bust, and immediately, the route is cut. You never got paid for that 6 months of extra work.
