I prefer noble skyrim to pfuscher but that or any other will be a big difference from vanilla. You should keep SMIM as it also makes models look better. Pfuscher also recommend keeping it and having 202X overwrite it within the description for 202X. ELFX is also compatible, as also stated within the description.

Myriad isn't really a SMIM though, it's mainly a clutter texture overhaul meant to work with vanilla meshes only, so Classical (Full) SMIM is incompatible with it.
