Have always driven Fords with very few problems. Purchased a 2011 SRX in 2020 with only 63,000 miles. Been driving it for 8 months and low beam and high beam quit working. Reading all these other comments is leaving me pissed. I guess this just works differently then it does in the CTS. You don't have to press the "Fav" button to display them. I believe if you press the up/down arrows on the steering wheel they should automatically display. Sube.

Stopping required stepping hard on the pedal, which went all the way down the the floor. It felt very much like old, manual brakes on older cars. It was like there was no power brakes at all.
