Featuring a QRBP (Quick-Release Breech Plug), which is really easy to remove without tools, the CVA Optima is very simple to clean and maintain. It’s also compact, lightweight, and easy to carry. Compared to the Wolf, the CVA Optima has a slightly longer, 26″ fluted barrel (instead of a 24″ non-fluted barrel) and a stock with a cheek riser.

I bought a CVA Optima many years ago. I love it. I hear the Accura is great but have never shot one. I highly recommend Blackhorn 209 powder. Non corrosive, I can shoot many rounds between a full cleaning with no issues. I shoot 100-105 grains with a 240grain Barnes T-EZ over it and it's a great shooter.

Although it is not an Optima, I have a cva mtn rifle. Same set up, 90 grs blackhorn with 250gr bullet and that black harvester crushed rib sabot produces almost 5 holes touching at 100 yards. I do wish the stock was a 1/2" shorter on this gun and it seems to kick a little harder than the Impact. I don't think you can go wrong with either choice.
