If you're planning on spamming jump attacks, power stancing is the way to go, but for literally any other scenario, two handing your twinblade is much better imo. I personally prefer to 2 hand twin blades. I never noticed much of a diff in damage either but I do believe some two blades are faster than others while two handing.
