Drop rate IMO feels the same and you can generally relax and do 2-3 runs of normal in the time it takes to do a single Master. I did around 20 normals and haven’t gotten a single red box. 1 normal wellspring and the red border blw dropped on the first run. I did 5 normal and got 2 red autos.

They did it this way vs guaranteed weekly because the drop rates SUCKED on release so they wanted the bad luck protection to make it possible to farm them all out in 1 week. 34 ...On run 5 I had the titan one drop while I was still using my warlock. Yesterday I completed the exotic glaive quest on my Warlock to get the Warlock exotic glaive. The other two are from Wellspring, but do I have to play on my hunter to get the hunter pattern, and similar for my Titan? Or can I keep playing my Warlock and they will drop either way? Please advise.

The Titan exotic glaive in Gambit. This glaive is the best special weapon that you can bring into gambit. If at any point you are invaded, you have absolute protection from non super damage.
