Looks very similar to my 1911. Push the firing pin in from the back and slide the lock plate down. Be careful when removing the lock plate that you don't launch the pin. Not sure how strong that spring is. That is the way to remove the firing pin from the Micro 9. As noted, make sure you keep a finger over the area so you don't launch the spring.

Not to worry. If you wiggle the barrel kinda push it in and out while lining the slide up and push the slide stop pin out. It may take a bit of fanangaling but it will come apart. The guide rod won’t make contact with the slide stop pin.
