I had a high chance of passing when I took my Uworld assessment 2 on Sep. 3, then I took my Nclex on Monday, Sep. 9. I got so many SATA questions nearly 30 of them, I knew I was doing well as my questions got harder and harder as it progressed, 2 EKGs but no math at all, just steady difficult prioritization questions.There were a couple of questions on the NCLEX that I felt were a combination of several UWORLD questions. ... I took the NCLEX on Feb 20 and failed with a max of 145 questions and I studied well before it using Archer review and saunders review book. I felt after the test that I failed and the next 2 days I got the quick result and did in fact fail it. I should have took more time on each question and re read them. Statistically, it’s unlikely you’re going to fail the NCLEX at 145 questions. Although it’s possible to fail the NCLEX PN or NCLEX RN exam after answering 145 questions, the likelihood is relatively low. Most students are better prepared than they realize, which is why the majority pass the NCLEX exams.
