The gas and diesel blocks were common to each other, so that would have been an easier repacement.From the 392/AT545 combos I've seen, you won't need any adapter involving the IH SV pattern. The 392 has an adapter on it to adapt to the SAE pattern the Allison uses. This adapter would go with the 392, not stay with the trans.
