You can replace them with bulk FI hose and good hose clamps. If you are replacing the hard lines, you can use a flaring tool to put a little bubble flare on the ends of the lines to give a good grip on the rubber hose/clamps. Same with the vapor hard line. It's a 1990 Wrangler but the block numbers on the 258 say it's from the late 70s. Looks like its been swapped at some point with some nice headers, intake manifold, and carb. The problem though is the fuel lines.

If it's only leaking while it's RUNNING AT the tank, it's most likely your return line and/or hose clamp. Loosen the back bolts and remove the front to tilt the tank forward so you can inspect.
